Judgment and enforcement
Largo Law work closely with the courts and collection agents to ensure that judgments are turned into collections as efficiently as possible. Utilising recovery methods ranging from, visits by the high court sheriff to possession orders and orders for sale over property.
Largo Law works closely with Legal and Receivables Ltd providing bespoke debt services. (Legal and Receivables Ltd, specialists in ledger re-construction valuation of ledgers, audit, debt verification and other matters arising out of failures in the financial sector). When pre legal recovery methods cannot be progressed any further, the matter may be referred to the client Largo Law who step in and take formal legal action. This can range from disputed debt actions, recovery of assets to actions against directors and guarantors.
